So here is my dream. I usually have dream which kind like a story. Last night, I dreamed I was a warrior some of my friends were warrior too. My team had 5 or 6 people I can't remember. One used sword, it was me, one used thread for the weapon, another one girl in team was police and she was pregnant, had two more people one was a girl who had super power, one I totally can't remember what role of him in team.

In my word, long time passed, some centurys past, in land will have a hold which kind like black hole in space, it's black inside and blend red outside, spin around, take everything away like a tonado. It took cows, horses, people, a lot of scream sound.It must has arm is reborn the world. Then at that time, I was a child, going to the temple with my parent, suddenly the hold appeared, big like a wall. I couldn't think anything, grabed a column, held it tight. I didn't know where my parent. Just tryed to hold it for not be taken away. I saw my neighborhoods were holding like me. Mr.Luyen huged his child, a little girl who was my team-mate later. And many people tryed to save their life holding like me. Sort time passed, the hole disappeared, few people survived, include me. My parent were missed. Before missed, my parent want Mr.Luyen live together with us. Therefore, he came to my house after all. Strangely, I can remember every tiny detail about my house, have yard, a aquarium with some lifeless fishs, a hole with sand where I grew a mango tree.




Then I woke up, not really woke up in real life, woke up in my own dream, I wonder my self all that thing, did I just dream that? But it's so true. I ran into my mom room and tell her about it. Her emotion had a little changed and then she told it just not mean. Nevermind about it, look like she was hiding something. Oh, fogot that I had a neighborhood that was little girl,Mr.Luyen's daughterd both in real life out here and real life in dream.




Now, in my dream, I was a teenager girl, I was going to marry a man who must be really rich cause the chair, table, glass was very formalf prepared for the wedding. In that moment a bad guy shown up with an army. His warriors is vey strong, dressed Roman armor, he got a battleship black like his dark soul. Bad guy took the government building for the base. Guards were everywhere. He also got a jail and jailder was a woman.

His arm was aresst all the warriors who have ability fighting and super power for slaves. He even made people scare more than the death. Something made I thought he also own the black death hold too. From the day he appeared, the sky turn into a red as blood, flowing, living.

I began thought what my dream was the true thing. Then if thing had happened like my dream, where my parent were, who was my mom at that moment?

Somehow, I met my team-mate, fight with them and... were cautch together too. We were imprison at his jail. He came here frequently to "look after" his prison.
When the jailer walked near our room, I grabed her collar, held her neck tight, use my hidden knife ask her for the key to escape. I just can escaped alone. There were to much guards. I ran very fast, used all my ability ran ran ran. His guard ran after me. We chased for a long way and than I can made it I escape.

Next, my beautiful team-mate, police girl escape, here is her story. Past of police girl, when she was a child, her family had a small clothes shop. Her father was not a good husband, he usually beat his mom eventhogh she was pregnant. One time, Because of wanting a big sum of money, he beat her again, put her into the clothes in store. A horrible frame happended, he cut the back of his own son, when the little police girl ran from kitchen to the store, she shouted out in scare. He intented to beat her with an stone. Suddenly, a man showed up, used the super power cover her.He had watched from start. After that the little police girl grew up safe, married with an rich man and was pregnant at this moment like I have said before. And guess what that man who protected her was the jailer. Although, he was a woman at that time but because of magic of bad guy had cover his real appearance. But she could recognized him. She whispered to the jailer: "We have met before" than se stole his key then escape like me. The jailer had slowly rememberd about the past.




Oh now I could remember what role of the rest team-mate. So funny, he could blink, appear and disappear in 2 different place easily, so that if he had traped or imprison it not his matter.
I get so tired here. But anyway the rest of my dream is the way how all of us fighted with he bad guy but it not clearly I even don't know that we won or not. Cause it's just a dream. So sorry if it's too long and too hard to read

ANSWER
Getting a university degree is a great dream of most students but not everybody can do it. Nowadays, whether a university education should be free to interested students or not has been a hotly debated topic. As far as I am concerned, I totally agree that free of charge to enthusiastic and gifted students is necessary because of the following reasons.
First and foremost, free of charge opens a new way to reach the dream of becoming a university student of a large number of gifted high school students who have financial difficulty. They will be able to continue their study as well as gain more degrees in academic fields without worrying about not being able to afford the tuition which can have big influence in their own life. For instance, if a poor but good student in mathematic can enter the university and attend lectures given by famous experienced professors, he will have the chance to work with students and teachers who share the same passion for math that will make it easier for him to become a good mathematician in the future.
Additionally, university without charging for interested scholars can also support students a lot with their daily life. The problem of high cost of living and tuition will almost be solved. The students can spend their savings on many more important things that make their life better. For example, a students at university provided free of charge to all interested scholars can use her money to buy washing machine, cooker and material books or even to join some soft skills training courses which will be very essential to her study at the university and her future job as well.
In conclusion, as university free of charge has remarkable advantages, I think it should certainly be done to improve not only education system but also students’ life.

ANSWER
Education and training has always been a hotly-debated topic. Some people supposed that it's teachers who are to blame for student's poor results at school while others oppose. From my point of view, I disagree with the statement saying that the main responsibity for student's poor done at school is teacher's because of some reasons.
First and forcemost, teachers are now so stressed and under much pressure that they have no time to keep an eye on every students they teach . For example, a typical class with 40 students has only one teacher who, in short period of time, has to teach, check, score exercises, answer all the questions asked as well as plan for the next lessons. The more learners there are, the more time it takes. Therefore, with the limitted time, trainers are incapable of carefully correcting all the students’ work, not to mention, finding out their real ability.
Additionally, students nowadays are being attracted and influenced by various of things, such as: the Internet or game onlines which can distract them from studying and have bad effects on their school transcript. Anyways, teachers cannot control or interfere in student's way of doing things like that. For instance, learners with an Internet connection tend to be addicted and spend huge amount of time being online to check feedbacks, reply messages and leave comments on social networks or chatting softwares. Therefore, they no longer have any time to concentrate on their school works.
In conclusion, although teachers play an essential and important role in students’ work, it’s students who should be responsible for their own study result.

The Climb
When I started elementary school, I had to be at class at 7:00 am. In the morning, my mother used to wake me up at about 6 am – 6:10 am with a very familiar sentence: "Hang! Wake up, it’s half pass six!". It continued constantly and made me very upset. When I asked her for the reason, she said: “If I did not say that, you would keep sleeping and be late”. Growing up, I have understood that she is a foresight person, always works with a clear plan. And I know, planning is a very important part of life, expecially for the people who want to be successful. One of the biggest problem is that I do not really know which job that I can stick with over a period of nearly a half of lifetime. I will try to work with a job that I think it is the best suitable for me and 5 years later I will evaluate that decision. That means, at that time, I must have enough knowledge and basement to think about what changes is needed in the ten years’s plan!
Now, I need an interesting job to start, which can be my life’s career and suits for the "three cycles": passion, ability and income.

It’s the truth and the justice. I want to do a job that can bring more truth and justice to society. This passion is greater than any of my other hobbies.

  1. Ability

I have a background in economics, and my specialty is accounting – auditing. I have some soft skills such as presentation, communication and writing skills. My creativity and logical thinking ability is quite good.

  1. Income

Income is not just salary. For me, it also includes some other things like:
- Professional working environment with high pressure
- Promotion opportunities
- Ability to learn new knowledge and skills in the work process
- High possibility to find a job in another field, in case I have to switch to a new career.

  1. My choice

With the requirements set above, auditor is not a bad choice. But where? Obviously people will all think of the Big4. Why not? Many people suggest that students should start with an position like assistant auditor in Big4, so I would certainly have to take advantages of the predecessors’ experience! Some more thing that make I really enjoy working at one of the Big4 are business trips around the country. I'll try to be there or a place similar that in next 5 years.


  1. Where am I?

I have confidence and enthusiasm of youth, learning ability and health. I also have the support from my family. My money demand isn’t too high. Thus, in next 5 years, I can concentrate on my auditing career.
Now, I have specialized knowledge in accounting–auditing. My activities in the future aditor club (t.FAC) help me get many soft skills needed for audit job. However, except the upcoming college degree, I haven't had any international degree in accounting – auditing like FIA/CAT, ACCA, CFA yet. Beside, as a upcoming graduated student, I almost don’t have actual work experience. Scholarships of this competition will help me add to the knowledge and FIA/CAT degree.

“Always gonna be an up-hill battle, sometimes I’m gonna have to lose”. With a willingness to face the difficulties and the acceptance that I can fail many times, I will always have a good attitude in the process of realizing the goal. I think the most important thing is that we must always try to stand up after stumbling.

  1. Health

Ralph Waldo Emerson said: “The first wealth is health”. In Vietnam, we have a sentence that: “Have good health, you have it all. Have bad health, you have nothing”. Actually, health is indispensable if you want to pursue a hard work such as auditing. But it is necessary but not sufficient condition for you to achieve everything.

  1. The encouragement

Above all, I have to cheer and encouragement myself. However I think it is not enough. The more support, the more strength I gain. The more encouragement, the more will I have. I will share my dreams with my family, my friend and especially with those who have orient like me.

  1. Where can I mobilise the resources?

With the career caution, I think the best way is that I have to practice all my strength before calling for help from other people. However, I can not completely rely on myself without the help from other people , especially the work experience from senior colleagues. In addition, money for investment in learning is not a small amount. I would probably resort to families in this matter. I totally believe that they would be willing to help me.

- At the end of the competition:
+ Use the rewards for participant in courses FIA / CAT, the goal: get CAT certificate within 2.5 years;
+ Continue to participate in Taekwondo club
- Search for jobs in accounting – auditing field, especially after having college degree. Try to be hired in one of the Big 4 firms.
- 2016: Study to get ACCA certificate
- 2017: Study and take the examination to get CPA Vietnam for Auditor Certificate; think about the long-term orientation.
- After 5 years: (If I continue to be an auditor) Become Assistant Manager.

  1. The barriers

- Be stuck with the family problems, especially after getting married and having children
- Be tired, stress
- Be attracted by another chance

  1. How to overcome those barriers?

- Make family became a source of motivation.
- Learn time management skills, problem solving and self - life balance
- Compare costs and benefits of pursuing new opportunities
**Plan B
If I can not complete the plan within the next 5 years, it means that I will have got a better opportunity and change the plans or I just need more time to do it. “Ain’t about how fast I get there, ain’t about what’s waiting on the other side. It’s the climb”. After 5 years, no matter how the results is, I certainly will not regret because I always try my best.

There is a saying like this: "Do not forget your dream. Without dreams there would be no hope; if there is no hope there would be no purpose. A life without purpose is a bird broken wings so that it do not want to fly high". I want to shine on the stage that I created. I want my parents can be assured and proud of their daughter. And I believe I can do that if I persevere to pursue my dream.
